Adam Jarosz is responsible for accounting and reporting, controlling, taxes, treasury including financing, regulatory affairs management, facility management and EU subsidies. In the past, he was a member of the Board of Directors at Anwill, Paramo and ORLEN Oil companies.
Adam Jarosz is manager with 20 years of experience in the financial sector with a strong background in creating and implementing strategic decisions in the financial area. He gained expertise as tax manager and deputy chief accountant in CEZ Polska sp. z o.o., tax director in ORLEN Południe, Finance Director in ORLEN OIL as well as a board member at ORLEN OIL, ANWIL S.A., and Paramo and member of the Supervisory Board of AE Wind S.A. and ORLEN Asfalt sp. z o.o. His role included oversight of accounting, finance, controlling and IT, as well as the preparation and execution of strategic initiatives.
He graduated from the University of Economics in Krakow where he completed studies in corporate finance He supplemented his education with postgraduate studies at University of Economics in Krakow in tax consulting, internal audit management and management studies at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
Adam holds several certificates confirming his knowledge in the field of finance, for example: Harvard Online, New York Institute of Finance, EY Academy of business, BDO Advisory, ICAN Institute and others.
He has been a certified tax advisor since 2012.
