He specializes in enterprise management, strategy implementation and energy. He is economist, in 1992 he graduated from the University of Economics in Poznań with a degree in Economics and Organization of Foreign Trade.

Agata Śmiechowska-Więczkowska is a lawyer and economist. She graduated from the University of Łódź, the Faculty of Law and Administration, as well as completed doctoral studies at the Warsaw School of Economics, the Faculty of Economy. She earned an Executive Master of Business Administration degree at the Kozminski University in Warsaw.

Magdalena Zabłocka-Foulkes has been executive director for legal affairs at Orlen since August 2024. 
Previously she worked at renowned law firms DLA Piper, Bird & Bird, Baker McKenzie. For 11 years she worked in the energy and infrastructure practice of Domański Zakrzewski Palinka law firm.​
