Agnieszka Bobrukiewicz is responsible for Retail management, Marketing and Sport Sponsorship.
Agnieszka Bobrukiewicz has nearly 20 years of experience in international retail, mainly in the sales of fuel and supplementary products and in the FMCG business. She implemented many innovative projects with a positive impact on sales results and margins.
Between 2012 and 2019, she served as project manager and later as marketing director of the Benzina network filling stations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, managing the implementation of the new marketing strategy and communication of the following brands: Stop Cafe, Verva, Efecta, and Tank karta. In the years 2019 – 2022, she worked as marketing director at Unimot, a company operating the international network of Avia filling stations in Poland and Ukraine. She was responsible for implementing a new gastro and shop concept and marketing strategy for the sale of fuel and supplementary products for private brands.
She has been a sales and marketing director and a member of the Board of Directors at Costa Coffee in Poland and Latvia since 2022 but also supporting other countries like the Czech Republic, Austria and Belgium. She graduated from the Bialystok School of Economics.
