Mariusz Wnuk is a manager with 20 years of experience in senior management and supervisory positions in the capital market, banking and leasing industry combining skills in managing large projects and areas with practical financial knowledge.
From 2009 to 2024, he served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Pocztylion-Arka Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne responsible for asset management (CIO) and overseeing reorganization, implementation and acquisition projects. From 2005 to 2009, Deputy Director General of Poczta Polska (CFO) responsible for controlling, financial accounting, treasury and investment projects financing.
Carried out restructuring of financial services and implementations of retail banking and insurance services. He served on the Supervisory Board of Bank Pocztowy and chaired the Supervisory Board of Pocztowy Fundusz Leasingowy. He previously worked for the Bank for European Cooperation, Gdynia Shipyard and a think tank the Gdansk Institute for Market Economics.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdansk, and also completed training for senior managers AMP (IESE, Spain) and obtained the CFA® charter (CFA Institute, United States) endorsing investment management and financial expertise.
