Marek Balawejder​ is a manager with 25 years of business experience in multinational corporations as well as private business. He graduated an MBA program at the Warsaw School of Economics and an Advanced Management Program at Leon Koźmiński Academy in cooperation with EADA Business School in Barcelona.

During his career, he held key managerial roles mainly in the Retail segment. As an advisor and Interim Manager, he was involved in preparation of strategies, management models and implementation of new retail concepts and brands for many international companies. He has also gained experience in building networks and sales processes in conventional and renewable energy organizations. He has an expert knowledge of fuel and convenience retail.
