Czech students ranked the refining and petrochemical group ORLEN Unipetrol as their third most preferred employer in 2024—students in the Ústí Region rate ORLEN Unipetrol as the most suitable employer to kickstart their career. Thus, the Group endorsed its first position in the region for the fourth time in a row, which is yet another recognition of its HR efforts. The Group has already become one of the Top Employers at the European level, the Pluxee Employer of the Year, and TOP Employer 2024 in the Energy, Gas and Petrochemical Industry category. ORLEN Unipetrol has long been successful in the rankings and competitions evaluating employee care and other HR activities.

This year, the ORLEN Unipetrol Group has been acknowledged for its HR efforts in other surveys. It received the prestigious global Top Employer award, ranking it among Europe’s leading employers in 2024. According to the international PwC Saratoga methodology, the Most Desired Employer survey among students is one of the successful projects with which the Employers Club has connected employers, schools, students, and graduates since 2011. The ORLEN Unipetrol Group ranked among the three most frequently chosen companies among more than 5,000 high school and university students from all over the country who participated in the evaluation of companies using a modern online questionnaire survey. Student answers give important feedback to employers regarding the career ideas of the upcoming generation and their brand’s perception among young people.
