We adhere to standards that help streamline industry and commerce. The integrated management system (IMS) is based on the ORLEN Group’s core values. It includes commitments in the areas of occupational health and safety, environmental protection, quality, energy management, ethical standards and asset protection. We publish the IMS on the websites of individual companies. We have implemented and certified quality management systems (QMS), environmental management systems (EMS) and safety management systems (HSMS). This guarantees a systematic approach to the customer and its needs, product and service quality, environmental protection and occupational health and safety. Most of our companies have an implemented and certified energy management system (EnMS), through which we declare our commitment to optimise energy use while at the same time meeting the legislative requirement of the Energy Management Act. All systems are regularly audited.
