Acoustic monitoring system for facility and detection of above-normal sound sources

To accelerate the detection of failures in industrial devices and installations and to ensure compliance with environmental noise standards, we are seeking a solution that would assist in locating sources of above-normal sound levels within a combined heat and power plant. The system should be capable of operating at audible frequencies in outdoor conditions (including during the winter season). We do not require precise decibel level indications, but rather the detection and mapping of above-normal sound sources such as bursts from emergency technological discharges and safety valves, as well as squeals and sounds indicating mechanical anomalies. We are open to various methods of indicating the locations of above-normal sound sources, including the use of camera imagery or digital 3D maps.

Leak detection in hydrogen and vacuum systems

We are seeking a tool for effective, affordable, and safe methods of leak detection in hydrogen and vacuum systems. We are particularly interested in flows and leaks in underground installations.

System for analysing extraordinary events and building hazard knowledge

We are looking for an advanced system that can help us analyse significant incidents, close calls and other safety concerns (e.g. fires, equipment failures, production losses, raw material losses, major industrial accidents classified according to SEVESO directive, primary containment loss, environmental impacts. The system should be able to integrate our various existing databases into a single cohesive platform. This platform would enable us to examine the interactions between identified hazards, the extraordinary events that occur, and the measures we've taken to address them. The aim is to develop a comprehensive knowledge base of potential risks associated with specific industrial equipment, drawing on insights gained from investigating these incidents. The compiled documentation on incidents ranges from simple descriptions and classifications to comprehensive investigative reports, process safety analyses, and lessons learned, all of which are available in both current and historical databases (Access, digital documents and scans, photos, diagrams and web app database). We believe there is great potential in using technologies like artificial intelligence, natural language processing and computer vision to enhance our capabilities.
